Ashwill Apartment at The Arc is a fully self-contained 2 bedroom townhouse situated only a 2 minute walk from the sands of Jervis Bay at quiet end of Elizabeth Drive.

With a view of Jervis Bay from the upstairs living area and balcony, the townhouse is air-conditioned and appointed with a 68cm TV and modern furnishing for the visitors comfort.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms easily sleep 4 with an inner spring sofa bed upstairs permitting up to 6 guests

Sleeping Furnishing

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size double bed and built-in robes whilst 2 single beds occupy the second bedroom also with built in robes.

A Porta-cot is also available on request. The bathroom with spa bath and separate toilet are located downstairs.

Also available is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

General

Upstairs houses the living room and dining room and self contained kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

The facilities include 68cm TV, VCR, DVD and CD sound system and automatically temperature controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning system.

Private patio at the rear with gas BBQ. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Sorry No Pets.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are supplied and the townhouse is serviced weekly. The kitchen is fully equipped and a complimentary breakfast hamper is supplied on arrival for stays of 2 nights or more.
