Vincentia Accommodation

The LookOut is a modern and beautifully appointed home sitting on the very peak of the hill at Vincentia. It overlooks Jervis Bay and, at its furthest reach, the lighthouse of Point Perpendicular, with almost 180 degrees of water views. It is also only 400 metres to walk to the bay's pristine white sands and swim its crystal clear water.

Our spectacular home is opened for the enjoyment of 1 or 2 adult couples maximum. Sorry, absolutely no children or pets.

We are sure, from the second you enter you will be mesmerised by the expanse of water to be seen from almost every room and angle in our quality home.

The open plan living area draws you to the largest of three decks where you can push back the stacker doors and bring the sky inside or yourself out to just gaze at nature’s blueness.

The 2 bedrooms are both located on the top floor and each is positioned with maximum privacy and comfort in mind as each has its own spotless and beautiful bathroom.

The master bedroom features a private deck with more stacker doors to open you further to the sky and a view of the lighthouse blinking as you lie in bed. The ensuite has a two person spa with yet more view, a huge shower and walk in robe. You can even see the water as you brush your teeth!

The second bedroom is tucked privately away and has an equally impressive luxury bathroom. This time the double bath is oval and neck deep and just begging bubbles and a good long, quiet soak.

Our kitchen is a brand new Kleenmaid delight which makes even simply boiling water a treat. All the pots you need to whip up a culinary delight are there .. or you could just barbeque and eat on the huge front deck ..

Our grown-ups only retreat is equipped with everything needed for comfort and relaxation – the beds are made freshly for your arrival, the towels are fluffed and tv, cd/dvd player and sound system are sitting ready for your relaxation.

Location and Local Attractions

The LookOut is situated in Vincentia, a small community on the edge of Jervis Bay, with all essential shops and services to be found 2 km away.

Our recently completed home sits overlooking beautiful Jervis Bay in one of Vincentia's quietest streets but is also just 400 metres from a swim in its gloriously clear water.

The Huskisson pub and cafe strip is 10 minutes drive and we are an easy 5 minute walk from the local golf course and club.

And at the bottom of the hill are some of the most superb beaches to be found anywhere in the world! If you start at Blenheim Beach (400 metres away) you can enjoy an easy and uplifting stroll along Whitesands Walk .. perhaps to Hyams Beach for coffee or breakfast? If you turn left the longer beach and path walk can take you all the way to Husky for a beer at its famous pub or maybe lunch at one of the gourmet eateries to be found there.

Or you could ..

* Relax on the deck and watch the birds as you spot for whales and dolphins in the bay.
* Get on that bay and go dolphin or whale watching (season dependant for the whales!).
* Swim, dive, snorkel, kayak, boat, jet ski or get wet any other way you like.
* Take in the scenery and abundant native flora and fauna as you follow the Whitesands Walk or one of the other walking trails that wind through our nearby national parks.
* Fish these well stocked waters (but check the Marine Park boundaries first!).
* Enjoy safe cycling paths and quiet roads as you ride.
* Visit historic sites, wineries or boutique Berry with its antiques shops and fabulous bakery.
* Just stay on any one of our 3 decks and take time to stop and enjoy the quiet thrill of sunrise, moonrise, sunset, clouds, weather, eagles and the endless flash of the lighthouse ..

* December - January (7 night minimum)
- $1880 - $2100 per week
* Easter long weekend (4 night minimum)
- $1103 for 4 nights

Mid season
* November
* February - March - April (excluding Easter long weekend)
* September and October school holidays
* October long weekend (3 night minimum)
- $1260 per week
* 2 NIGHT BREAK - $588 with $126 each extra night

Low season
* May - June - July - August
* September - October (excluding school holidays)
- $1050 per week
* June long weekend (3 night minimum)
* 2 NIGHT BREAK - $536 with $105 each extra night
