300m from the beach. For the music lovers a piano, for the sports lovers a pool table. Laid back lifestyle at its best. Downstairs is a massive games room with pool table and couches. Quiet balcony and sunroom so you can watch the birds, play a boardgame or read a book.
Do as much or as little as you want from our tastefully decorated ,centrally located patch of paradise .

In winter if things get a little bit chilly we have a slow combustion wood fire to keep things cosy for your stay (all wood supplied).

House features 4 bedrooms, 1x queen/ensuite, 1xqueen, 1x2single, 1x1 single. All rooms have built-ins. 1 large games room with pool table, TV/piano lounge room and a sunroom. Secluded fully fenced backyard with BBQ and table& chairs.

Vincentia is situated 2.5 hours south of Sydney on the shores of Jervis Bay. The bay has unlimited activities including, boating, sailing, kayaking, dolphin/whale watching, wind surfing, diving, snorkelling. There are many beautiful beaches at Vincentia and surrounding areas. Other local activities include a beautiful beachfront cycle/walking path to Huskission (about 3kms), where you will find more cafes and resturants and the famous Husky Pub. Vincentia Golf Course is only 1km away. Booderee National Park is only a short drive away and features some awesome surfing, cliff walks, botanical gardens, bushwalking, secluded beaches and historic landmarks.

Local markets abound with colourful bargains & are regularly on at one of the many villages dotted along the shores of Jervis Bay.
Dolphins & whales are regulars in the bay & can be seen on our local dolphin watch cruises just minutes away.
The variety of resturaunts,cafes ,eaterys are too numerous to name .
Bicycle tracks follow the coast line making a family ride an experiance to remember.
There are guided nature talks /walks hosted by the local Aborigional people of our area which are informative ,interesting & exciting..
