Piper's Run is an older style 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an established garden within earshot of the waves and a short 50 meter stroll to the white sands of Nelson Beach. The home has a recently renovated kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, separate living areas for adults (upstairs) and children (downstairs), 2 double bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and one with a queen size bed- both upstairs, and a downstairs bunkroom which sleeps 4. Each living area has a television and dvd player. The large deck overlooks a fully fenced yard and the bushland reserve backing on to Nelson Beach. There is a gas barbeque and dining setting for 8 on the deck, and a trampoline and tyre swing in the garden.

All the delights of pristine Jervis Bay

Vincentia is 25 km south of Nowra and about 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney. It is the gateway to Jervis Bay with its clear waters and white sands, dolphins and whales and national parks. From Piper's Run you can explore Jervis Bay and nearby Booderee National Park. Whether its paddling and snorkling at Murrays Beach or surfing the break at Caves Beach, you are not far away. From the garden gate, it is 2 minutes to Nelson beach, about 5 minutes walk to Blenheim Beach or a peaceful 30 minute stroll along the White Sands walk to famous Hyams Beach. Then there's sea kayaking on the Bay, fishing trips with local identities (ask for details), horseriding and golf all at your fingertrips....or just sit on the deck with a book.

The convenience of Huskisson and Vincentia

Just put the kids in the car and come. At Piper's Run, it feels like you're the only ones surrounded by the sounds of birds and native trees. But let's be realistic... those secluded spots take a lot of planning and packing. Not at Piper's Run where a good coffee is at the end of a bush walk to Hyams Beach or just down the road at Huskisson. There's the BiLo at Vincentia shopping centre, great fruit and vegies in Huskisson, a video store not far away and the quaint Huskisson picture theatre. And if you don't feel like cooking up a storm, there's cafes and restuarants within 5 minutes drive. If it rains, the leisure centre has a indoor swimming pools and a kids slide. Something for everyone...
