‘Ocean Angel’ is a double storey home offering spacious accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house layout provides a lot of flexibility for families, groups of friends or couples simply looking for a great standard of accommodation to relax in.

BEDROOMS
* The master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-in robe, with direct access to the front balcony.
* One room has a queen-size bed.
* One room has a double bed with single bunk above.
* One room has two single beds.
* The upstairs living area also has a comfortable fold out bed.
Please note that LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED - you need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

LIVING AREA
There are two separate living areas, one downstairs and one upstairs. Down stairs features a comfortable lounge and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all amenities.

The lounge area features brand new furniture including an entertainment unit featuring a new 50 inch Plasma widescreen television, DVD and CD player.

The dining area features a large glass dining table with seating for 8 people.

LAUNDRY
There is a fully functioning laundry with washer and dryer.

TWO BATHROOMS
Thers is a luxurious expansive bathroom upstairs featuring a large two person Jacuzzi bath, separate shower & wc and a smaller bathroom featuring shower and wc downstairs.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking around the home and the driveway can easily take up to 3 cars. Garage not available.

The house is situated a 5 minute walk from Jervis Bay’s stunning beaches, only 200 metres from Vincentia golf course, and a 2 minute drive to Vincentia’s shops and restaurants.

Hyams Beach and Huskisson are both within a 5-10 minute drive, and the stunning Booderee national park is also only 10 minutes away by car.

The famous ‘White Sands’ beach walking track, which hugs the coastline from Collingwood beach right round to Hyams Beach, is only 5 minutes away.

The house faces north east, so you’ll be able to see the sun come up from the front balcony, while the back garden is bathed in sunshine all day long.
